Your tasks:


Material Management & Logistics Coordinator (MMLC) reports to the Material Manager. The MMLC will be a member of the CAMO team and will contribute to the safe and economical operation of CLG Boeing 737-400 Cargo fleet in accordance with the company’s CAME and consequently EASA Part M requirements.


In detail the Material Management & Logistics Coordinator (MMLC) is responsible to:


  • Monitoring of CLG TRAX eMRO system for open requisitions for components and consumables and take action to search and order part on behalf of CLG
  • Maintain continuous contact with current parts, material- and tool suppliers of CLG and continuing search for new suppliers
  • Monitoring of the CLG inventory and update parts movements in CLG eMRO
  • Managing of third-party MRO’s shipment and receiving activities
  • Monitoring Aircraft Components status in stores and under repair
  • Handling of all Material and Tool priority demands to make sure that material supply is granted during in normal and AOG situations
  • Arrangement of (purchase, loan- or exchange) of a/c spare parts and tools
  • Control of transport and logistics of ordered parts or tools to required maintenance station.
  • Repair control creating service/repair orders for CLG parts repair
  • Surveillance of Loan and exchange transactions and take actions
  • Steady independent communication between MRO’s and CLG MOC

Your profile:

  • Ability and right to live and work in EU / Germany / Leipzig area
  • Valid Safety and security background check according to § 7 of German Aviation Security Act
  • Dynamic personality paired with an assertive attitude
  • Very good team player with problem solving logistics skills with a “can do” attitude even under time pressure
  • Experience in aircraft parts and material purchasing and logistics activity
  • Very good IT knowledge and high-level skills, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT is a must
  • Experience with TRAX eMRO maintenance tracking software is an advantage
  • Valid Fuel Tank Safety Phase 1, EWIS and Human Factor training is an advantage
  • Good written and verbal German and English language skills
