Ground Operations Supervisor (m/f/d)

CargoLogic Germany GmbH is a young independent cargo airline based at the German air freight hub at Leipzig/Halle. With three Boeing 737-400 freighters we have started flight operations in 2019 and we provide freight capacities for e-commerce, express freight and charter flights.

To enhance our Ground Operations Team, we are currently looking for a

Ground Operations Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Organizing activities in terms of airplanes servicing and cargo handling at network airports
• Monitoring of cargo warehouse processes
• Supervising of airplane servicing and cargo handling processes, maintain the target safety and on-time performance indicators
• Evaluation of charter requests enquiries
• Establishing local operating procedures in line with network standards and customer requirements
• Verification of handling invoices
• General Assistance to the Nominated Person Ground Operations

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training, preferably aviation-related and/or equivalent knowledge through previous professional experience in aviation
• Completed IATA Dangerous Goods training, preferably category 6
• Passed weight & balance training for freighter aircraft
• At least three years in aviation, preferably in ground and cargo handling environment
• Ability to clearly and efficiently establish communication with employees, management and providers at all levels based on trust and principles of openness and honesty
• Ability for business travels
• Attentive to details and quality-oriented
• Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
• German language proficiency is an asset
• Ability and right to live and work in EU / Germany / Leipzig area
