CargoLogic Germany GmbH is a young independent cargo airline based at the German air freight hub at Leipzig/Halle. With three Boeing 737-400 freighters we have started flight operations in 2019 and we provide freight capacities for e-commerce, express freight and charter flights.

Your tasks:

CAMO Engineer (CE) reports to the Director CAMO. The CE will be a member of the CAMO team and will contribute to the safe and economical operation of CLG Boeing 737-400 Cargo fleet in accordance with the company’s CAME and consequently EASA Part M requirements.


In detail the CAMO Engineer (MOCE) is responsible to:

  • Monitoring and review of technical records and subcontracting service providers’ activity
  • Monitoring Troubleshooting activity and analysis
  • Support in CAMO Projects – heavy maintenance projects, fleet phase in phase out
  • Liaison with contracted MRO’s and before and during heavy maintenance events
  • Maintenance contracting and evaluation for line maintenance and invoice control
  • Maintenance contracting and evaluation for heavy maintenance and invoice control
  • Mid- and long-term maintenance planning
  • Preparing CAMO statistics and reporting
  • Follow up flight delay reporting and corrective actions
  • Support logistics department in warranty claims and statistics
  • General Support Camo Management Office Tasks/Scanning/Taking care of Storage from Documents
  • AD/ SB Evaluation of CLG fleet of B737 aircraft
  • Evaluation of design change requirements and submission of proposals

Your profile:

  • Ability and right to live and work in EU / Germany / Leipzig area
  • Valid Safety and security background check according to § 7 of German Aviation Security Act
  • Dynamic personality paired with an assertive attitude
  • Very good team player with problem solving skills with a “can do” attitude even under time pressure
  • Very good IT knowledge and high level skills, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT is a must
  • Experience in aircraft line and base maintenance practices is an advantage
  • Boeing 737 operating CAMO engineering experience is preferable
  • Experience with TRAX eMRO maintenance tracking software is an advantage
  • Valid Fuel Tank Safety Phase 1, EWIS and Human Factor training is an advantage
  • Good written and verbal German and English language skills
