CargoLogic Germany GmbH is a young independent cargo airline based at the German air freight hub at Leipzig/Halle. With three Boeing 737-400 freighters we have started flight operations in 2019 and we provide freight capacities for e-commerce, express freight and charter flights.
To enhance our Management System Team, we are currently looking for an Auditor (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
• Support the Compliance Management department in the compliance monitoring of processes and IT programs in the areas of airworthiness, contracted maintenance, ground operations, occupational health and safety, as well as environmental protection
• Regular execution of internal and external audits and inspections
• Identification of irregularities and non-conformities in relation to EU aviation law, aviation standards, internal procedures and operating manuals/CAME
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Dealing with the creation and maintenance of audit question catalogs, work instructions, forms, as well as the air law consultation of the responsible persons
• Proactive and independent enhancement of knowledge in the field of aviation law, applicable ISO standards especially with regard to new regulations
• Involvement in cross-departmental projects
• Preparation and analysis of statistics as well as meaningful reports
• Direct reporting to the Head of Compliance Management

Your profile:

• Ability and right to live and work in EU / Germany / Leipzig area
• Specialized education or other qualification with specialization in Large Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance
• At least 3 years of professional audit experience in an Airline, CAMO and/or Maintenance organization
• Auditor training and specific knowledge within the scope of the audits (EASA Regulations 1321/2014 (Part-M/Part-CAMO/Part-145) and 965/2012, ICAO, IATA, ISO 9001, etc.

• Experienced handling and extensive knowledge in MS Office and Compliance Software
• Expertise in Compliance-, Quality-, and Safety Management Systems
• Experience with Ground Operations, occupational health/safety, environmental protection and emission trading is an advantage
• Excellent English in spoken and written, German is an advantage
• Analytical thinking as well as the ability to work accurately and in a quality-oriented manner, even under time pressure
• Team player with respectful behavior, rhetorical strength and assertiveness
• Willingness to international travel as well as occasional night or weekend work
